Abstract

This article aims to inform the reader how, in today's competitive market, companies must find a way to improve their efficiency, in order to remain competitive. Having said the above, one of the strategies to opt for many of these companies is the internal improvement of their processes, reducing expenses and increasing efficiency, there are many solutions to achieve this, among them the article will focus on the use of software for the automation of repetitive tasks in companies, this being a way to reduce labor time and improve the agility with which the company develops its activities.
